Possible bad ICM need help locating it

I may have a bad ignition control module. I start up the car and it runs idles fine but as soon as it gets warm it shuts off and will not start back up untill it cools back down. I have been told by multiple people that it was the ICM was bad and needed to be replaced. I can not locate it on the vehicle and wanted to know if anyone had pictures of it's location or could at least guide me in the right direction.

2006 Cobalt SS 2.0 supercharged with AEM cold air intake, Vibrant header, and Vibrant Cat-back exhaust. Thanks in advance for all the help.

I am unfamiliar with the LSJ's ignition system but if im correct you should be able to trace the harness back to the ICM which im showing as this unit...

which is ACDELCO Part # 12584368 43.79 on rockauto.com

which if im not mistaken should connect somewhere at the end of this harness.....
