Angry Possible transmission problem?

everytime im in gear and driving near the side rail or the divider on the fwy i can hear a vacuum kind of sound coming from the drivers side of the car near the wheel well. i need to change my clutch so i dont know if thats the problem but its been going on for awhile now. when im not in gear and just cruising it doesnt make the sound so i know for sure its the transmission or the clutch making the sound i just dont know what. i hope somebody else can shed some light on this for me or have dealt with this problem because its been annoying the **** out of me. any help is greatly appreciated.

The $70 way to tell if its your tranny is.

buy transmission fluid and filter.

Drop the pan, check the fluid for burnt smell, and dark colors, also look at the magnet on the tranny pan for shavings.

black fluid, burnt smell and shavings will tell you, you need a new tranny.

If you hear a leak coming from the front driver side wheel next to a railguard, then you probably have a soon to be flat tire.
