Power Door Lock Issues after flood....

I have a issue with my power door locks on my 06 Cobalt LT. I noticed after we had a flood in our area that the car was locking and unlocking itself like crazy for no reason. Fuse box under the hood seems dry, I know the cars engine compartment was under water before I moved the car out of the way. car runs fine, no codes of any kind. just drove the car to try and dry things out, it seems to have stopped locking and unlocking itself. The keyfob with lock and unlock just fine, factor alarm arms ok. just the interior switches to do not work. Any ideas? Where is the ECM for the locks or is it part of the main computer? Any help would be great on this.. Thanks in advance.
