I just got out of my car and the remote and the interior power locks wont work, if I press the power door locks from inside also they just pop open to unlock again. Any advice would be appreciated, i just dont' want to make a trip to the service department

sounds like a button is stuck in the unlock position, possibly a bad/broken switch. maybe a shorted wire? I hate taking a car in too. I work with electronics, so I take my stuff apart and explore with a tester when something isn't working properly. I thought it was a fuse until I read they reopen. Strange.

Was the key in the ignition when you were pushing the locks from the inside?

the battery was dead on my remote, sowhen I went to use it, it must have caused the power locks to stay in the unlock position,so when I put a new battery in it also solved the problem of not being able to lock the doors with the door lock controls
