If you want power anytime the key is on Acc & Run.
Use a fuse tap on the Sunroof fuse in the fuse box in the center console.
That's what i have my Halos hooked up to so that they are on all the time when the key is on.

Even if you don't have a sunroof like me the fuse is there and has power.

theres nowhere safe to get anything other than battery voltage (12v) under the hood or anywhere else for that matter. any of the open "big" fuse spouts in the block will have one spade connector that is hot at all times. If youre running LEDs youll need resistors or ideal a regulated power supply for them (the regulator would use battery power)

sorry for the late response but the pole thing under the hood on the fuse box is 12v but when the car starts it goes to around 14v. Leds will blow =\

there is NO WHERE in the car that you can safely get 12v regulated power in the car. Every 12v voltage source in the vehicle is equal to battery voltage...which varies based on generator output. if you need a regulated voltage source, you need a voltage regulator....period.
