power windows broke
about 6 months ago my passanger side window stopped working. It was fixed under warranty of course, no biggie... Today I go outside and my driverside door window doesnt work.......... wtf....... Has anyone else had this problem or did I just get the ultimate "small stuff lemon". I have had no major problems with the car, but every little thing that could have gone wrong and just about every non-mechanical recall and tsb have applied to my car. Cobalts suck..... I'm about ready for a jap car.
Not that I read every thread in the forums, but you are the first I've seen with power window problems - which I find to be very surprising. My last 2 cars were GM ('91 Formula and '98 GTP), and both had power window motors failing regularly. I replaced the rear passenger window motor 3 times and the front passenger motor twice in the GTP (the other 2 on the driver side of my GTP only had to be replaced once
). Maybe it's just a Pontiac issue, but I've still been expecting to have problems with my SS/SC sometime in the near future just the same.
