I got you.

P0036 is definitely O2 sensor.. Rough idle is probably about not getting the right a/f ratio because of that sensor..

-17 Vacuum isn't terrible (at least I hope, mine sits at -15 when I first start it then settles at -20-22). You should just have to replace that one O2 sensor and it'll be good..

if the car was cold it would be at 17 vac easily. Doesn't settle down to 20 unless out of cat warm up mode and the AC isn't on.

P0036 is a downstream 02 sensor. It has no effect on fueling its job is to determine if the cat is working or not. Sounds like a bad cam phaser to me.

Any other codes pending when you scan it? How is your oil life? Cam phasers do not work well if the oil is sludgy or the wrong weight.

No other codes, 1/1. Oil was changed about a month and a half ago and I actually did make the mistake of not putting full synthetic in it.. But i dont think tht wld rly be the cause. It was of cource 5w-30

I hope you flushed that crap out and put full synthetic back in. I can't imagine regular oil doing well in a LNF. Lol
