Quick Question about Cobalt SC idle...

When you punch the gas and let off, the rpm's drop. Do the rpm's it stop at 1500 for a sec then drop back down to around 900????? I cleaned my Throttle body and now it is doing this?????? Help me out real quick!! Thank you.

Yes it's normal to idle at 900

Not idle, he's talking about revving it up, and it coming back down, stopping at 1300ish and then dropping back to idle
