Wow, sounds like the SS has lots of problems, i have never had a single problem with my cobalt, not fit or finish or nothin. It sounds like GM didn't fully check the quality of there "performance parts".

 

I've got 8500 miles on my '05 and haven't had any problems aside from some rattles and squeaks which I honestly expected from the get go. They've been more noticeable when the cold weather came, but I expect most to go away when spring comes.
