Wierd sound coming from the left rear of my car while going over bumps. Almost like something is rattling. Anybody else have this problem, or any ideas?

It might be your muffler. I have heard stories of peoples muffler rattling against the frame

 

If thats it how could I tell? Should I get under there and shake the exhaust?

I have the same exact problem. What I tried was taking down the rear left passenger seat and looking behind it. If you look at the top right behind the seat there should be these weird plastic thingies with an elastic band holding them together. I moved it around a bit and I could of sworn the noise went away for a day or two, but now its back, so im not sure if it was the plastic thing or not. You should try it and let me know if it fixed your problem. Maybe it just needs to be adjusted properly.
