Rattling in the Front end..

Ok so, I am fixing up my boyfriends cobalt while he is in Missouri doing his military training.

So far I have replaced...

Sway Bar Links
Wheel Barrings
All Rotors
All Brakes

There has been a constant rattling sound in the front end on the passenger side when going over bumps. It doesnt make the sound when traveling at high speeds on the highway...
One mechanic told me is was the wheel barring.. So I replaced that, Next one told me it was the sway bar links, so I replaced those.. then someone told me it was the CV joint or Drive shaft.. I dont want to fork out more money when no one seems to know what it is.. So I was just wondering if anyone has had/heard that same noise and figured out what it is?? It's driving me crazy!!

I still have to replace the front bumper and have it painted.. but would like to fix that noise before he gets back!

check balljoints, control arm bushings, endlinks, outter tie rods, shocks, motor mount, in that order, if replace anything, go with moog parts.

Similar Noise

I believe I had the same noise that you discribed. The Chevy dealer replaced my front struts and the noise was gone.
