the way i have the pipe the MAF bolts wont go in, but i got it to stay in place. Im asking if thats a good idea or not

You might have fucked up your MAF. (if its all in correctly and still doing it) I was taking my intake off, and i had to move the car down the drive way when the intake was off, it made it about 10ft before dying. Put it into the pipe and fixed it up, runs like a champ.

The "chirping" is probably the intake rubbing against something.

The MAF....geez - take out your headlight and headlight bracket (6 screws total) and change that piping / MAF right now.

someone told me that the chriping or whatever was the intake whistling. I cant take it out! I was stupid and kinda glued it in place

I glued the MAF in place and now I can't take it off. Yeah I know not the best idea, but I didn't realize the pipe was upside down

well if it starts bogging down and losing power than your maf is pprobably leaking
