remove ss and cobalt emblems

remove "cobalt ss" on rear and "ss" on doors. are they just tapped our glued on? any strategy For removal? 2006 4 door.

Theyre just glued on. If you search debadging you'll come up with tons of posts and theres even some how to's. Fishing line and heat gun is what I used.

use a heat gun and floss that's how i got my badges off without a scratch...to get the excess gunk off just use goof off (from the spray bottle) and a clean cloth

"proper way" is to use a trim stick, remove the badges and then clean left over residue with clean-sol.
They are 2-way taped on, not glued.

I just used fishing line no heat no nothing and came off with very little struggle.
as i worked the line behind the badge i slid it back and forth like a saw
