Removing side mirrors

How do you remove the mirrors and the plastic trim that is attatch to it?

I just replaced my right side mirror.I had to take off the dooor panel to get to the screws behind the tweeter.

when i replaced my passenger side one couple years ago, i was able to pull the tweeter housing right off, put it back on and it hasnt moved or fallen off since.

Theres two seperate pieces and only the bottom pops out
