Resonating noise

I've got a fun noise now! It used to make it pretty loud at 2000rpm, but it's quieted a little at that speed. Instead, it's growling at 3500-4k. The longer it sits there, the worse it sounds. It seems to happen about 3.5k when accelerating, and 4k when decelerating (but that could be perception or delay in the tach). Anyone seen this before? Next would be to get my wife to work the throttle to see if I can find where it's coming from. It does seem to vibrate in the car. It happens whether or not the clutch is in, so I don't think it's the trans. There's a video:

I just noticed the title says nose instead of noise. Lol @swype
Some more info I just thought of. I just repaired my fuel pump and the noise began immediately after that. I figured it was coincidence, or something I didn't notice before because I didn't think there was anything that I would've done to make a noise like that. Then I remembered i had to mess with the exhaust to drop the tank. I'll check out the hangers and mess with it to see if that's the source. Any other ideas?

I was going to comment on the title

I would suggest going over everything you removed & re-installed during the fuel pump replacement and hopefully, it's not the fuel pump itself.

Yeah, I'll get down there tonight. I don't know how it could be the pump, but strange things happen. Hopefully it's a bound or broken hanger, or maybe loose heat shield.

Found it! The tank had deflected some heat shield down which was vibrating on the exhaust. No more noise!
