Road Noise
I have always had this problem, just never thought to ask about it. When driving on the freeway and the wind hits the car at a different angle the road noise is so load that it sounds like a window is open. I am not sure if the noise is coming from the roof or the pillars. Does anyone have this same problem / a fix for it? I have a 2005

I had this issue on my 06'
Take agood look where the fender meets the pillar.what it is ,there is suppose to be some kind of acustic putty under the edge of the fender to hold it off of the A pillar.
If its touching you will see a rub mark.
The noise was intermitten and the wind had to hit the car in the right angle and then the vibe from the fender would transmit through the A pillar.

That is the exact spot,I had some of the product from a bodyshop that I used.
For now you coud jam some hard foam or something plyable to get under the edge.
Warning dont pry or pull up on the edge to hard or you will pucker the fender in that area.
Lift it gently with something or loosen off the fender and stuff something in there near the edge to hold it off the pillar.
