roll pin was missing trans locked in first

I was driving home and at the top of the hill to my street when the car im assuming lost its roll pin while i was in first gear ( i found this out by pulling the car apart today that the roll pin was missing) i pushed in the clutch and coasted the car into my driveway but now its locked in first gear

I can move the main shift linkage with the counter weight ontop of it back and forth no problem its the other smaller peice next to it I cant move at all

Im currently in the process of re installing the main roll pin but i still have no idea how im going to move the thing after if the trans is locked in first

any and all help is thanked greatly

seems as if no one else knew the answer either

well i found out the when the roll pin fell out, it was a universal roll pin i dont suggest you use one...ever but when it fell out the car was still in first gear so the trans was locked in first once the new roll pin was installed everything went back to normal
