So whenever I put my car in reverse, I hear this really loud rubbing sound coming from what sounds like the rear axle. I only hear it when I'm in reverse, and my transmission is auto if that makes any difference. It sounds almost like the tire is rubbing against the wheel well, but I know that isn't the case, since the car drives normally.
