sc bolt got stripped
Ok so I was putting my supercharger back on and the stupid allen head bolt got stripped. So now I'm here trying to figure out how the hell am I gonna get this bolt out. This is one of the bolts that between the supercharger, and the radiator and i have very little clearance to do anything. Any advice????
Well might work idk it worked with paintball guns when i played back in the day. Try to jb weld an allen key into the head of the screw get a biggest one that will fit in the spot then jb weld it or superglue it in there hopefully that works
^above is a good idea but if you happen to have a dremel tool with the flex shaft attachment turn that allen into a flathead screw but dont make the cut too wide as i fee these bolts are incredibly weak.

I think I'll give that a try, sounds like it will work. Your turbo kit sounds very tempting right now lol

If you can get a socket around it, use these with a ratchet. It will bite into the head more and more as you twist the bolt out.

I've been in this situation before.... lol
In my case the head was only stripped toward the top, and the innermost part was still good. Problem was my allen/hex key had been rounded off too much to catch because I was forced to approach the bolt from an angle due to clearance issues. Solution: cut off half the length of the hex key with a dremel. (OR buy these Amazon.com: Lisle 42850 Short Head Fractional Hex Key Set: Automotive)
This solved the clearance and rounding issue, which let me put the key on squarely.
I jammed it in the head, tapped it with a hammer, then turned it like hell. It did the trick. Hope it works for you.

i would jb-weld the allen key to it first. if that doesnt work then make it a flat head with the dremel disk.
solved.
