where to begin...

we were iinstalling the powell harness bar (which looks effin amazing...thanks john!)....passenger side bolts came out fine...driver side lower belt a breeze....the upper bolt....well....not so easy...

the bolt started to come out and stopped...we ended up stripping the hex bolt....sucks, but ok...it happens....so tried vice grips and a breaker bar....no go...drilled out the bolt and got a bolt extractor....again...no go...used a dremel to cut grooves into the bolt and tried that method...in the middle of doing that...the plate that the bolt is screwed into behind the frame broke its welds...and now it just spins...


i have no idea where to go from here...or where to even begin....right now there is a headless, stripped bolt that i cant remove from the broken-weld plate its attached to..


any help is greatly appreciated...
