Second Broken OEM DP and CEL...HELP!!!

So, a while back i had a problem with the car's downpipe breaking. Started with a small noticeable (when half-throttle or more) exhaust leak. About two days later the DP broke underneath the flex section. Took it in, had it replaced. Now, about 10,000-15,000miles (and a Stage 2 kit) later, im getting that same sound from the DP. This morning when I was comin home from a buddys house, i gave it a little extra throttle in 2nd gear, and the car jerked forward and the CEL came on...now, when ever I shift, the car jerks really bad, even if im easy off the clutch. Anybody have a diagnosis for this... I'm thinking the leak was so bad that it gave the 02 sensor a bad reading and threw the code.

bad motor mount?

some of the nissan se-r spec Vs, if you launch the car, the engine moves so much the exhaust gets by the join and will sometimes break the pipe... if one of yours is bad, maybe thats it.

i don't know anything, i'm just saying that's what happened with a few of the SE-Rs. makes sense really, that engine moves a lot more than you think when you launch.
