Second gear no boost

Second gear no boost
My cobalt this morning didn’t have any boost in second but did in third and 4th, don’t know why, was thinking the weather since it was 0-1 degree out, I did start it early and everything was just getting a weird boost gauge reading and weird feeling in second! Please help I don’t know what to do and if it’s serious?
