Check the emissin fuse, and reseat it they are all fed from it ,might be something pulling down the voltage(bad sensor).Or the fuse is loose.
Also check all the relays.
Looks like you might of had a voltage problem and a loose fuse or connection might cause all of those.

You could check the wiring for the O2 sensors to make sure they are not shorting together(melted on the exhaust.

A high voltage code generally would be from a power feed shorting to a signal wire(Ex the O2 sensor heater wire melting to the signal wire that goes back to the pcm..)

The above codes would lead me to think its wires melted or pinched together for the O2 sensor
first.
Second would be in the bundle somewhere where it might rub through after leaving the pcm and going to either the maf or O2 because they are both on the emiss circut (fuse is in the box under the hood.)

Found out one of my problems, the pcm rubbed against my intake and put a hole in it.

I take it you have a K&N Intake?
I say that because I Just put one in my car
not too long ago and noticed that the heat sink
on my PCM was bumping against my intake line.
Fortuantly I noticed, and wraped some Tape arround
it to cusion it.

Might want to let K&N know, I believe their warranty
covers damage to the car caused by their equipment.
In this case its the intake that was damaged.

Something ealse to check.
YOur brake lines on your anti lock brake controler. Make sure
your intake is not rideing on them. I had to cusion mine with
chaff guard.

I'm also suprised it did NOT throw P0171 System Too Lean

No i have a fujita intake and my car is running rich as it is and maybe thats why it is not throwing that code. I am going to take my intake out one of these days and cusion it and fill the holes somehow and see how it runs after that.
