Slow throttle closing

The two '07 sticks I have driven have the same irritating habit. The throttle closes slowly, making the car drive funky. Is there an adjustment to fix this?

Actually I believe it has to do with emissions -- the TB closes slower then normal. The automatic equipped cars TB's (at least mine in particular) don't drop revs quickly either.

The cobalt just drops revs slowly when you let off... it is part of the emissions system... just get used to it.
