I hold a long distance relationship where i am traveling to and from santa barbara ca to lancaster ca. about 150mi drive little over 2hrs...


so i decide to leave santa barbara in the rain... im about 20 mi from home when it is really pouring down rain and i cant see **** and im driving on a 2 lane rd with cliff sides on the left and mountains on the right, the road is bouque canyon. when i come around a turn where the speed limit is 55 im going 40 i would usually be doing 70 if not raining and i come out the turn and there is a truck coming with his brights on and i cant see **** but a glare in my windshield so i let up off the throttle,


bamanjksajksfss WTF!!!!!!!!!! was that i just hit a 6in high pile of rocks that rolled down the mountains cause of the rain the car jumped at least a foot in the air it felt like... i keep stuff like lighters and crap in the door and that **** flew everywhere there was chang flying threw the air from the cup holders and my ipod cracked my windsheild!!!!!!!


WTF......




























yeah thats a huge whole in my rim and the taco shaped piece of metel stuck/jammed on rear brake caliber!!!!!




more to come tomorrow... all i know cause it was raining is the oil light or coolant light is not on or cel, other three tires are holding air but 2 or more rims are bent... and the wheel had to be crooked to drive straight...... my intercooler is ok. my muffler was ripped off or has a whole in it or piping car sounds like straight pipe.... looks like rear susp arm might be bent kinda crooked looking...



anyone have a mulibu style rim they wanna sell?

so i took a few new pics but nothing of the other damage (underside) its at a body shop right now called squirty's famous for there paint work! and its a allstate pro rate shop! my deductable went from 500 to 100 because it wasent a at fault collision that was good to hear...

that sucks... im having to replace the rim and tire on my SS right now too.... I hit a brick at 45 mph and it bent the rim and blew out my tire.... so its 906 dollars to get the parts... and a two week wait!

that sucks, i recently was dring 55 in a 55 when all of a sudden my front drivers side tire & rim blew off and costing me 1400 in damage, lucky for me the cp boot was intact...

 

o damn... that's messed up... I hope you get it fixed soon!

it got painted last night... there just waiting on the rim and the exhaust and alignment but they will probably find a bent tie rod or something and i'll have to wait another week...
