Some Problems (steering wheel, vibrations)

Hey guys, so about a month ago I got all new tires (had a flat and just replaced them all) and got an alignment.

Ever since then I always have to hold my steering wheel to the left slightly to go straight. What would be causing this?

Also, recently while driving between 60-70 mph my car has been vibrating (feels like driving on deflated tires), but it doesn't happen all the time and sometimes it is worse then others.

Finally, while breaking sometimes my car also vibrates. I know this might be the rotors/brake pads, but what is
an easy way to check that. Could the rotors also cause the vibration while just driving and not breaking?

The car is a 2005 2.2. I am in need of an oil change, but I don't think that is related.
Thanks for your help!

Get a Roadforce balance to rule out bent rims or defective tires.

Check the lug nuts, and maybe rotate the front tires to the back one at a time to eliminate a bad tire.

If you have to turn the wheel to go straight it was a bad alignment. The vibration could just be a unbalanved wheel. Either a weight feel off or they suck (cause your car pulls also)

I read somewhere else that this is a very common problem.. and taht GM has no fix for it... every cobalt I test drove before purchasing the one i did had a vibration at 60 mph... but once i went 63 it was fine again. i'd think if it were the tires, or a ball joint or something i would still feel it... am i wrong?

Steering wheel off center - bad alignment, need to re-align
Vibration - caused by unbalanced wheels and/or high road force, shops with hunter roadforce aligner can fix that for you

Brake shutter - to check either if it's front or rear, apply parking brake and go for a drive and brake, if the shutter goes away chances are it's your rear brakes, otherwise fronts
