so my car makes this noise when i turn almost like my brakes are going bad and rubbing against the rotor but its only when i turn and when i shift gears i get a little chirp i checked my brake pads a couple weeks ago and they were at about half life i replaced the back and i have a new set down stairs for the front i just dont feel like wasting money on something that hasnt gone bad yet. Anyone else have any idea what i could check to fix this?
