Squeaking when cold

Does anybody know why this is happening? Ever since it has gotten cold, when i start my car it will squeak really loud. the first time i heard it i got under the hood and took a look. everything seems fine. it seems to be the tensioner, i sprayed some WD40 on it and it instantly stopped. now if i dont spray it before i start it it sqwueaks and when i do, it dosent. its only been doing this since its goten below approx 35*F. This past summer i put on a 3in pulley and stage 2 belt, went 6 months with no noise, now noise. Anybody have a clue?

Thx in advance

things expand when they're cold. should go away once it's warmed up.
