Squeeking Sound??

I have a 2007 SS/SC.
The last couple weeks I've been getting a strange squeeking noise that only happens on acceleration. Kinda sounds like the same squeeking sound break pads make when they run too thin but its not constant. It tends to do it most as soon as I switch gears. It also does not seem to do it when the car is being pushed. Only under normal driving. I'm thinking its a clutch issue but still not entirely sure. Anyone got any other ideas? Anything else I should be checking?
I've already changed all the pads and fixed a rear caliper that was frozen but the problem still remains.

How about looking at the motor mounts or heat sheild in the engine bay, sounds like it only occurs
when torque is applied to the motor.
Also its not you clutch pedal sqeaking, ive heard of guys having that issue.

Definately not the clutch pedal, that was the first thing I checked. How would I even verify if its the motor mounts? They appear to be fine. I would think If I banged through a few gears hard the problem would get either better or worse, right?
