Thats either the bushings in your steering rack or your intermediate shaft. Both are very simple to replace.

I have that same rattle over rough roads. Sounds like intermediate shaft and I have ignored it for 7 years lol

I ignored mine for as long as i could but it got to the point where the car was wandering all over the road.
