Stock headlight falling apart

I was hoping this might be an known issue, but I couldn't find anything when I searched for it. I'm trying to figure out if there is an easy way to put that plastic piece back where it should be. Sorry if I didn't explain the issue that well, I'm more of a computer junkie thats why I brought the visual aid.

haha wow...never seen that before. If you want to fix it yourself you will have to heat up the housing either in an oven or with a heat gun and pry it apart and put it in. A dealership should warranty it so i would check there first. If you don't feel like messing with it, ebay would have a replacement housing, or a junkyard. This could also be a good excuse to buy projectors or do a retrofit!
