Stupid Question...Where is my MAF Sensor

I have an '05 SS/SC, and I almost constantly have code P0171. I wanted to try cleaning the MAf sensor just to see if that would help, but I cant find the damn thing.

I feel like such an idiot. I've seen it on my other car, I thought I'd be done already spraying this thing, but I have no idea where it is. If someone could find me a picture, or point me in the right direction, I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks.

it's on the intake tubing under the driver side front fenderliner... easiest way to get to it is to take off the wheel, and take off some of the clips of the fenderliner. If you have small hands, (and patience) you may be able to get it through the headlight. But if you drop a screw, you may have to take off the fenderliner to get to it anyways, so I would save the potential extra step and just do it that way.

Subject: L61 Engine Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL)/Service Engine Soon (SES) Lamp Illuminated with DTC P0171 "Fuel Trim System Lean" Set (Reprogram ECM)

Models: 2005-2006 Chevrolet Cobalt, Cobalt SS Supercharged
2006 Chevrolet HHR

2005-2006 Saturn ION
with Ecotec™ 2.0L or 2.2L I-4 Engine (VINs P, F - RPOs LSJ, L61)

Condition

Some customer may comment that the MIL/SES lamp is Illuminated. Further diagnostic investigation with a scan tool may reveal a DTC P0171 Fuel Trim System Lean. No other driveability or performance concerns may be reported.
Cause

The most likely cause of this issue may be that the engine calibrations need to be updated to correct a variation in the Mass Air Flow Sensor.
Correction

DO NOT replace the MAF sensor, the ECM or any other parts.

Important:
• Chevrolet/Pontiac Dealers: The ECM calibration is available to dealerships as part of TIS2000 incremental satellite update version 6.5, which was broadcast to dealers June 12, 2006 or later. For the dealerships that use CDs, they were mailed out June 2006 or later.
• Saturn Retailers: Before installing the new ECM calibration, make sure the Saturn Service Stall (SSS) version is TIS 6.5 2006 or later.
• While the ignition is OFF, apply the parking brake to disable the daytime running lights (DRLs) prior to starting reprogramming procedures
• The technician must select the "Reprogram" option in order to reprogram the ECM.

Reprogram the ECM with the latest calibration. This calibration, or any that follow, is designed to address this DTC P0171 concern. Refer to Service Programming System (SPS) in SI for reprogramming procedures. As always, make sure your Tech 2Ž is updated with the latest software version
Warranty Information

For vehicles repaired under the 8-year/80,000 mile (130,000 km) emission controller warranty, use:

GM bulletins are intended for use by professional technicians, NOT a "do-it-yourselfer". They are written to inform these technicians of conditions that may occur on some vehicles, or to provide information that could assist in the proper service of a vehicle. Properly trained technicians have the equipment, tools, safety instructions, and know-how to do a job properly and safely. If a condition is described, DO NOT assume that the bulletin applies to your vehicle, or that your vehicle will have that condition. See your GM dealer for information on whether your vehicle may benefit from the information.

oiled filters give cels. Injen filters are oiled. They give cels at the most random time. I switched to dry flow filter on my injen and havent had a cel in over two years.
