supercharged 2.2 multiple codes

my CEL came on a few days ago and i figured it was from my catalytic converter again. today i replaced my broken belt tensioner and the car seems to run better, but i scanned the codes and heres what i got:
P013F
P0171-lean bank 1
P0300-misfire
P2270- 02 sensor stuck lean, bank 1 sensor 2

ive had the P0171 and P2270 for a while now, and i believe they are being caused by my high flow cat. however, this is the first time ive gotten P013F, which i googled and this is what i got:

Description-O2 Sensor Delayed Response, Lean to Rich
Location-Bank 1 Sensor 2

not sure what that means. and i have no idea what caused the misfire(s).

any ideas are welcome

and do you think i should just replace my downstream 02 sensor to see if it goes away? because all 4 codes could be caused by a faulty sensor

If it was the high flow cat it would be P0420. Ive had this and had it deleted.

P0171 could be a vac leak somewhere (unmetered air getting in).

P2270 could be a bad O2 (not entirely sure)

Seems like it is something than can be fixed with a retune from Vince. I'm still waiting on an update for mine from him which I sent the logs a week ago.

Vince runs all his tunes rich from what I've read. Mine was lean when I first got tunes and now it's rich. I know mine is rich from the smell of it. But it runs good and no codes so I'll leave it go. I think it took 2 updates maybe 3 to get rid of my P0171 code.

I'm the other guy lol Vince told me it was because he had to set the injectors so low to get the normal idle speed that they may misfire. He told me he could raise the idle speed or richen the mixture up to see if it helped but it would mean more fuel consumption
