Unhappy Supercharger no boost no CEL??

i have a 06 SS/SC i noticed that i have no power and when i floor it the car is just slow as hell, but there is no CEL nothing feels like im driving a cobalt 2.2

can anybody guide me with this one could it be a faulty sensor of some sort or a fuse...

do you still have your belt? hahaha mine shredded when i was about to race an r6 lol no boost and i still hit 110....just not as quick as i usualy do lol=D

maybe the MAF sensor?

Nothing is out of place the belt is not slipping i dont think DAMNIT

where is that valve bypass

Right side of the supercharger when you are looking under the hood. It's a round black piece of plastic with a small hose coming out of the top of it.

ok im gonna go take a look now how can i diagnos if this piece is faulty?

Idk you would have to look that up but if its stuck open that could be your problem.

i took a look really quick nothing is unplugged but there no way for me to see if its faulty there is no oil coming out..?

Here's a pic of where the bypass valve is



Your best bet is to find someone close to you and swap theirs onto yours and see if that is the issue. I had a friend here that you floored it and got like 2lbs of boost.. It felt like driving my car lol Turns out the bypass valve was the issue.

ok there is a little leaver under and it was stuck i pushed it and it sounded like broken glass inside. so this is probably the problem right?
