Sure while you have your SC off place it on a table.....the part that connects to intake manifold------>>table. now fill the sc up until the oil is level with the bottom of the threads. Some oil may even come out a little. wipe the mess and replace the plug.
why are you refilling it? from the service manual -
the eaton m62 is a fifth generation roots type supercharger. the supercharger is a positive displacement pum that consists of 2 counter rotating rotors in a housing with inlet and outlet ports. the rotors are desingined with 3 lobes and a helical 60 degree twist from front to back the rotors in the supercharger are designed to run at minimal clearance, not in contact with the housing or each other. the rotors are timed to each other by a pair of precision spur gears which are pressed onto the rotor shafts. the forward end of the rotors are held in position by deep groove ball bearings. the back end of the rotors are supported by sealed roller bearings.
the gears and ball bearings are lubricated by a synthetic oil. the oil reservoir is self contained in the supercharger and does not rely on engine oil for lubrication. this oil reservoir is sealed for life of the unit and is not servicable.

my dealer told me you should replace the oil evey 30 000 km either the guy is a TOOL and has no idea what he is talkign about or he is right but after reading this post i have no idea what the right answer is..
GM specs say that the SC oil does not need to be changed for the life of the SC. However, just because they say it does not need to be changed doesn't mean that it actually doesn't need to be changed. If you want the SC to last longer I would say it would be a good idea to change the oil every 30,000 miles or so even though it is not necessary.
well all i know is my dad had a 2001 gtp (leased) and we never knew about the supercharger oil and near the end of the 3 year lease we started to hear the supercharger making bad noises so now i think back and think it could of been because we never changed the oil.
