Taking car into dealer, should I rerun tune to stock?

I have a trifecta selectable tune with the connection cable. My car had some missfires a while back and an ecs message saying it was disabled. The ecs disappeared on its own and has yet to return. After the missfire I cleared the codes, and it has yet to return. Drivabilitu never seemed much different, but I have a few other things I'd like them to check also.

Anyways should I leave the tune as is and not worry about it? It only is active when the car is in competition mode. Otherwise should i just replace the stock one with my connection cable ad then bring it in?

better safe than sorry. There is a notice that they got to scan in it comp mode. I always put my stock tune back on to take the car in.
