Tranny Help!!

ok so im an idiot, we established this when i was arrested for speeding and reckless driving, but now ive gone past stupidity and hurt my car, second gear is gone, at first it just kinda grindind a tid bit and then popped in, now i press the clutch in shift to second gear and the tranny grinds and pops the gear selector back out of gear, (still stock shifter, just a hard driver..or bad, i have missed second approx 4-5 times) im thinking snychro is gone but i keep reading all this stuff about the roll pin being broken) i keep second guessing my thoughts about the snychro, but then this morning i ran out to feel my shifts to second and i can still feel the roll pin there when i shifted to second (car was shut off) ive done a search already and researched other problems so any thoughts would be welcome. thanx the stupidest cobalt owner ever

note: i havent really washed my car in about 2 weeks, and i havent cleaned the inside for about the same and the oil change is about 1300 over due, you think she might be rebelling against me?

yea i still have fourth, just got back from the dealer and they said its racing abuse, some effin technician has pictures of me at the drag strip so i cant deny it so its not warranty covered, but the service manager says i prolly bent the shift fork, i dont know i kinda had my heart set on a snychro but he say's either the shift fork or the snychro, so i priced both parts and the snychro comes in at a whopping 170+ and the shift fork i think he said is like 40 bones...i can do the work myself but id hate to have to take it apart and look n see whats wrong and order parts and then wait wait wait wait for parts and then finally sew her back up.

im really bumed and im thinkin about taking it to a different dealer and seeing if i cant get away with warranty coverage..

edit: i looked at the cables...how do i tell if theyve stretched, clips seem to be in place but cant tell about the cables being stretched

welp, im gonna go pull the drain plug and see if i can find any shavings in the tranny fluid

edit: checked tranny fluid and there are pretty sparkles so im gonna order a snychro and when it comes in take 2days off of work and pull a straight 48hr job and fix it myself, but i need to know if anything is pressed onto the main shaft or not, the technician said that he "imagines that anything after second gear is pressed onto the main shaft, so that kinda raised my hopes of 1st and second not being pressed on, if they are ive got to take the tranny apart, take it to the dealer and have them press everything off put in the new blocker ring and then press everything back on, ive had this sorta thing done b4 with a motor mount insert that had to be pressed out and pressed in and mitsu charged 15$ so i might take it to them again for some help....also i know that the shavings are in the fluid from the grinding and this bent shift fork is lingering in my head should i just go ahead and replace it too while im effin with the blocker ring? what do you guys think ...thatll rack me in around 210$
