Turbo timer issue?

Hey guys just wondering if any of you ever ran into this problem... The guys at my shop were trying to install my turbo timer and the alarm lock light tripped now it doesnt shut off at all? Its light indicates that the alarm is on and its locked however its not and now it just stays on... even when im driving the car. They ran into some issues with trying to get the turbo timer to keep the car on however the alarm seems to be an annoying issue.

If anyone has ever done one and would have any idea on how to fix this please let me know. Car is a Pontiac G5 GT 2.4l ecotec with the hahn turbo kit. If you guys need any more information to help diagnose this let me know!

We tried just leaving the key in the ignition for 10 mins for the computer to relearn it self and that did nothing.

uhm, maybe they connected the power line into the turbo timers power line,so they both run together at the same time...while driving ur turbo timer stays on obviously, were ur alarm should be disarmed, but isnt
