USB radio problems
USB radio problems
Anyone having any issues with their USB connection on the radio. I have an 09 SS sedan. My 3rd gen Nano gets power but the head unit will not connect. I got a USB flash drive to work for about 10 minutes and then the head unit said it lost connection. I pulled out the flash drive and it burned my hand. Apparently it was hot enough to melt some of the case on the flash drive. Any thoughts?

I had the same issue with my USB drive and I found out that the radio does not like high density flash storage try using an older flash drive because more new drives are high density
I went to a 2gb I had laying around and it works but little space I'm going to try to hook up an external hard drive to see if that works too

i have a 2010 cobalt LT but it came with the pioneer package. I found its my iphone not my car, apple is dumb, i just reset my phone and it works.
OFF TOPIC: my passenger front tweeter is coming in and out, just started. the car is 4 years old with 51k. ive had it since the get go, i never run the radio above half volume and my bass/trebles settings are not maxed. you guys think the speaker is blown or has anyone actually had wires become unplugged? im feeling its probably blow which is a bummer
