Warning for the 07's with the RAW intake

Don't worry about this if you don't have an 07 ss/sc with the Rebel Intake. As every 07 owner knows with this intake, you have to bend down the brake lines a bit to get it to fit right. Well, I've had my RAW intake for almost 2 years now and a few days ago one of my bent brake lines cracked. Lost my brakes and had to downshift + ebrake to stop. Pretty scary. Car is at the dealer and I have to pay an assload to fix this ****. /rant

not that much actually, each line was about a few mms away from the intake. I bent them as little as i could.

Thanks for the heads up man. My lines are hardly bent. I bent them just enough to get the intake to sit right. Did you go back to your stock intake ducting ?

Still using the raw intake, the lines are brand new and rerouted so this won't happen again. Ended up replacing 2 of the lines.
