Weird noise in by right front tire.
For about a week or two now there has been a weird noise when I am driving from 0 to 30 over bumps. It is a hard nocking noise. It goes and comes so it isnt always there. Also from time to time it made a noise that sounded like the tire was rubbing on hard pack snow when it gets caught in the wheel wall. I have cleaned all the snow and ice around the wheel and still the noise is there. I brought it to a mechanic and we out it up on a hoist and could not find anything. Any idea on what this could be?

Dude this sounds exaclty like my mysterious rattle, its only at low speeds and over bumps!! so what replace the endlinks and thats it!?! I would love to get rid of it, its been driving me crazy and I have done many visual inspections with no success
Im going to go do this now lol
damn didnt make the noise
open your door and jump up and down on the door sill, and if you get it to make the knocking noise every time you jump it your front stabilizer links more then likely.

Well i jumped and puches all over the car and no sound but, I did notice the cv joints are little loose enough where you can move them side to side a little went to my parents car a chrysler 300 and wiggled there cv joints and there where tight no play. Could this be it? Right now all the dealers are closed so going to waite till monday and bring it in and have them check that. By the way I brought it to two mechanic shops and after an half an hour at both of them and they couldnt figure it out. What great service.
