Weird problem please help

my CEL will randomally turn on and off and sometimes when i hit around 4k RPM im car will start rocking back and forth and wont go past that RPM
any ideas what it is?

What code are you getting?
If your getting P0300 maybe
your getting spark blow out?
I dono,
check codes, even with CEL off, you still
might be able to get some.
