So I have a problem with what I think is the turbo heat shield. Turbo spools normally but when I hit high boost between 15 and 20 psi it sounds like something is rattling. Kind of a high pitched rattle. Any ideas?

 

check by your downpipe were the o2 wire is tucked. just had to adjust mine because it was doing the same thing you just desribed. takes 2 minutes if thats what it is.
