Well, got my car back from the dealership
holy **** thats fucked up. how can techs not care about that sort of thing? i go to UTI and one of the biggest things they tell us about dealing with customers is treat their vehicle like your own. and if you **** something up, its coming out of your paycheck
Those chips are near every single lug....
Are all 4 rims like that Zen?? What it looks like to me is the "hammering" affect that the air gun does to loosen/tighten the lugs was causing the socket to rattle against the rim causing it to chip....but damn that is still no excuse. As soon as the tech noticed it he should have went to a torque wrench to loosen/tighten the lug nuts back up

raise hell, then kick some ass
or let us know when you go down, and we'll tear the dealership to threads
btw thanks for buying my bushings

I hate dealers. My car had 10,000+ worth of damage done to it when I brought it to the dealer for a simple seat belt that wouldn't retract (warranty.) That was in January or so of 2008. I haven't been to a dealer since.

thats horrible man, i just saw these wheels 2 weeks ago, there was NOTHING wrong with these wheels. compressed air my ass, they air gun "exhaust" isnt anywhere near the lugs and i would seriously be there tomorrow the moment they open with a threat to go to court, and everyday there after to let them know your not ******* around. even if that involves talking to the owner everyday til they do something.

x2. The exhaust on air guns exits through the handle pointing down.
It looks like some one with terrible coordination tried to play NASCAR pit crew

I wish you the best of luck man. The dealership frigged up my rims around the lugs too !!! I faught with the dealership and GM for months and got nothing accomplished. Talking to GM directly is a waste of time !! They don't give a **** about actually solving problems. Thank God I have the polished aluminum rims on my 07', I was able to eventually buff the scratches out.
just remember when you take your car in to have work done take detailered pics of it before you go and make sure that they are dated so that you can go back and make them pay for what they messed up. otherwise they can just come back and say that you did it and you get nothing.
Damn man. I work at toyota dealership in town and if we cant fix what we **** up there we will have it sent off to be fixed. Hate ppl that rip ya off. Plus tell them a fellow dealer worker told ya they are supposed to use pvc coated impact sockets on any rim that isn't steel to prevent damage like that. Only cost about 20 bucks or so for the set i think. Careless gm bastards. Give them a ass wooping!
P.S. X2 This **** here

that guy would be getting an earload, and if nothing else, you should be getting some awesome hospitality from them... tell them youll drop it for free rain guards, mud flaps, and free oil changes for as long as you own the car
no but seriously, if theres still tranny fluid on the ground after like a week i would go in there and tell them your suing unless they fix ALLLL of that **** right. its the dealership, there supposed to be the best of the best...
