Yep this is how I got my 3m protection package thrown in for free after they fixed all my damage and door dings. From now on at the dealership they only let this one guy work on my car PERIOD and he knows better than to F around with my ride. I'd have his nuts in a vice with the service manager taking a hammer to them.
