Whats this sound? (Video)

The car makes this weird howling sound as you get up to speed, not much<30Km/hr and its loudest at 80Km/hr then after that it sorta goes away(sorta)

If I throw the car side to side or hit the brakes it doesn't alter the sound in any way and I checked the tire on that side and nothing appears to be wrong with it

EDIT: went and jacked the car up and the wheel doesn't appear to have play, I dont get it

Anyways here's the clip, its that feint howling/whiring sound you here sorta fadking in and out and changing sound through the clip but its louder in person, right around 10 and 20ish seconds its pretty pronounced

Does it change with rpm or speed

Could it be a faint exhust leak?
Had to have my exhuast fixed road debris put a small hole in it. I finaly figured out what it was getting under it while idling

sounds like you have 38inch mud tires on! have you tried jacking the car up and seeing if there is any slop in the wheel bearings?

For sure not exhaust

It changes with speed, Just went outside now that I had a second and jacked that side up and the wheel doesn't appear to have play, like I've seen a wheel with a bad bearing and it jiggled side to side and made a clunking sound, mine doesn't do that

Well I looked on youtube and they said if you spin the wheel and feel the spring vibrating its the wheel bearing, I spun the problem side and I felt an EXTREMELY feint vibration and the other side I felt nothing on the spring, so can I assume its a wheel bearing?

judging by the sound of the video thats what i would be looking at first. you can try going like 80km/h and turning the car left or right to see if the noise becomes more faint. they wont always have slop in them sometimes the bearing race become pitted and make a hell of a racket.

good to hear it was something simple! did you tear the bearing apart and inspect the carnage?

A wheel bearing has to be completely fucked if there is any play in it. The best way to check for a bad wheel bearing is to take the wheel off and spin the hub by hand. A bad bearing will feel gritty.
