When i go to pull out and i rev it up and start to let out the clutch some times when i let out all the way my RPMs go up but my speedo also goes up to like 60 some times does any one else have this problem? is there sinething im doing wrong.

haha WOW totally thought this was a sexual thread. Ummm a burnout? Why would you ever do that to your vehicle anyways? Also, it could be car acceleration...its normal for the tach and the speedo to go up...especially in 2nd gear, they are usually the same number...

I am going to honest, I dont know what your talking about. How high are you reving the motor? How many miles on this car, have you driven stick before? etc etc... we need more details. The only way the car MPH guage will go to 60 is if the output speed or tire speed is 60MPH, ( burnout ) or slippage on ice or water or something else. Give us more details and we can help you.

Ok reving maybe like 3 grand. Pretty much brand new. I have drove sticks before but trucks and jeeps so im used to a higher torque. also i was on dry pavement and i wasnt burning out just takin off fast.

Ok why are you reving to 3K? That is crazy, your going to smoke that clutch up in a heart beat... man, just give it a little gas and let the clutch out.. obviously you dont know how to drive stick very well.. not trying to offend you, but you dont drive like that man.

I know xactly what you are talking about. Its the our on off swicth of a clutch when you dont give it enough gas then save it the car helps and trys to save itself. Its gm rich tune for the car dont worry its normal

Well i think.... does the rpm seem to like bounce up and down for a sec like ... ALmost like the car is gonne turn off then rpm jump to 1200?
