Exclamation WOT Box problem!!!

Hello people!!

The launch control works, no-lift shift works BUT

when I'm doing a random pull in the second gear, so just pressing the gaz all the way down without touching the clutch, sometimes at 4000 sometimes at 5500 RPM (random RPM I should say), the fuel cut off.

Yes, during a pull, the fuel cut off in second gear without me pressing the clutch! This is not normal... how to remediate to this problem?

I didnt try in the third gear or fourth, there were too much cars on the road but I'm gonna try in the upcoming minutes.

Please, I need help!

Thank you!

And also I wanted to add, when do you know that you put too much OR not enough delay time with the no lift shift feature?

I tried some delays tonight and I am not able to make a good no-lift shift yet!!!

Im so disappointed by that wot box, I thought that it was easy to get effortless shift but damn you have to set it right and I dont know how!!

Oh yeah Area47! This is what I finally did and I was like wow it works now!!!

Now I just have to figure out how to adjust the shift delay. How do you know if its too much or not enough delay? I just cant figure it out yet :S I tried "auto", 200 and 300 ms and I can't decide what delay to choose???

auto works great for me. stock clutch at 73k+ miles.
you have to think to yourself, is faster worth missing a gear and making a money shift or not
a few of us first people to get the box found out the clutch issue the hard way.

yeah... I dont know why but for the instance, shifting from 1 to 2, the clutch slip SO MUCH, with the setting at 300 ms!!!!!!!!!! In auto, the last time I did the 1 to 2 shift, it was allright. Why did the clutch slip??? The delay setting at 300 ms is too short?

And in auto, how does the box work??? Does it adjust the time delay EACH time you do a no lift shift or it senses one time how much time it takes to you to do the shift and use the same time for the rest of your shifts??

Thanx Area for your support, for now your are the only one getting back to me! Im so despaired lol!

in auto it gives the clutch a split second to grab before the coils come back online and apply power.

The clutch slips when your delay is at 300ms because you arent shifting fast enough to keep up with it. It is getting back on the gas a split second before your letting out the clutch causing the revs to raise before the clutch is let out. I have mine set to 250ms, its a little slow for the 2-3 and 3-4 shift but works perfect for my 1-2 shift. I think its worth setting it a little slower so I can hit the 1-2 shift and save my clutch, even if it means having slighty slower shifts later.

Old tread lol but everything is fine now with the WOT Box and I really love it!!! The dalay time is set to 150 ms now. Sometimes, the clutch can slip from 1-2, 2-3 or 3 to 4th, but I figured out that this was because during those times, my shift times were higher than 150 ms.

Now what I would like to do is to change the clutch pedal sensor voltage treshold but in the WOT Box software, I cannot change it because the option is grayed out. I'd like to change this because I would be able to drive like before and to lay a little bit my foot on the clutch pedal without cuting off the gaz. Maybe with a future firmware we will be able to change that?
