Type Powertrain - Computer and Auxiliary Outputs - ISO/SAE Controlled
Description
Malfunction Indicator Lamp Circuit Conditions
Cause
Key on or engine running, system voltage from 8-16v, then the PCM detected an improper voltage level on the ODM 'D' output 1 circuit, condition met for at least 30 seconds.

Description: DTC P0650 Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) Control Circuit

Conditions for setting DTC: The control module detects that the commanded state of the MIL driver and the actual state of the control circuit do not match for 12 seconds.

Check your MIL circuit from your PCM to your IPC for a short to ground or short to voltage. If the wiring is ok its either a PCM or IPC internal issue
