Hey R1 wanted to say thanks for the rotors. they came in handy last night. I was in Chicago and on the dan ryan (anyone from around here knows how this ends already) and someone in a mini cooper cut me off because they forgot they needed to exit right NOW and were in the far left lane. Well the guy in front of him slammed his brakes which caused the cooper to as well. And so I had to stomp the brakes... They definitely stopped me in a hurry. Just another bump for these rotors/pads

so are the premiums worth the money over the Eline rotors these guys have? Looking to get Slotted and Drilled, not gonna spend extra $$ for the Premiums if they are just as good as the Elines. Thanx!

I love the premium rotors... as far as I see its a great buy no matter how you slice it. I dont think I'd drill the rotors though. just a suggestion.

We offer two different series of rotors (will be having three soon, in the makings). My stage one rotors are my E-line series rotors. Those are the ones that come dipped entirely in silver zinc platting which is a rust protection coating and standard iron cast g3000 metal material like your originals. E-line rotors are the same size diameters as your originals. I also carry a second stage which is the Premium series rotors made with an even stronger iron cast graded metallurgy and comes with a black E-coat rust protection coating applied on the center hub and inner vane structure and outer rim of rotor. Premium rotors have better air flow because they are built with a 50/50 center split vane structure design (some also comes curved vane and columned) for efficient air distribution to try to eliminate heat spots. Premium rotors are stronger than the E-lines and also same diameters as originals, direct bolt on. Both series comes with double disc grinding surface which leaves a non-directional finish on the friction surface area for more effective pad-rotor break in. This helps for quieter and smoother stops (non - drilled).

Just as a testimonial i purchased my second set of rotors and pads from R1C. I got over 60,000 miles on my first set until it started to warp. The product is great and worth the price.
